Last year we began using an online directory and it was a great success! Parents are able to enter their family’s information just one time and make any desired changes throughout the year. Each summer they are asked to confirm their information, and that’s it!

Once information is entered, parents will be able to access the directory anytime (via private login and password). You can also easily sort by class or grade, and print whatever pages you like. There is even an app you can download for IOS and Android devices.

NEW FAMILIES:Entering your data takes only a few minutes, and you will be able to edit it at any time. Simply use the link above. After you have entered your data, you’ll automatically be directed to the online store where you’ll find PTA memberships and Clayton spirit wear for sale. Once your family has been confirmed as a Clayton Family, you’ll receive an email with login information for use in future visits.

RETURNING FAMILIES:Confirm your information as instructed by the link sent by email on July 12. Update your information as needed through the year.

Our PTA Directory volunteers will link your child to their teacher after lists are posted on August 18.


Q – I changed my information in the Clayton office, and/or on the AISD cloud, will it be updated here automatically?

A – No. The online Directory is independent from AISD's database. Directory information is only entered and edited by parents online. None of the forms completed in classrooms, in the Clayton office, or on the AISD website will result in updates to the Directory.

Q – Can we still get a print version of the Directory?

A – You may print pages from the online Directory any time you want - by teacher, by grade, or the families you have made a “favorite”. We are no longer offering official printed versions of the Directory.

Q – How secure is our information?

A – Very! Only teachers, staff, and parents who have submitted student information and have been verified by the Clayton Directory team are granted access to view the online Directory. We hope this will help everyone feel comfortable with participating.For more information about security features of the software program, click here!

Q – Is there an app I can use on my smartphone or tablet?

A – Yes! You can download the app from the Apple iTunes or Google Play app stores! Search for “MySchoolAnywhere” and download the free app. When you open the app on your mobile device, log in with your usual login information!

Q – How much information do I have to disclose to participate?

A – To be in the Directory, only the following is required:
· Student’s first name, last name, and grade,
· First name, last name, and email address of one parent.

Q – Can I see only my class?

A – No. Once you have been granted access, you will be able to see information submitted by parents for all Clayton students, by teacher or grade.

Q – Can I change my mind about participating in the Directory?

A – Yes. You have control over your information. You may delete, modify or hide your information at any time after you have been granted access and created a password.

Q – If I was in the Directory last year, will I have to enter my information again this year?

A – No. The information you gave us last year is still in the Directory, but you will be asked to confirm that information before you may access the directory again this year.

Q – What happens to the students at the end of the year?

A – On June 30th we “graduate” students to the next class, and remove the outgoing 5th graders from our system.
