Some projects are provided through the PTA for the convenience of our families or as a service for the school. They are break-even ventures, not fundraisers (with no expectation of profit).

They include:

• School T-shirt and other Spiritwear -
  • We're so excited about this year's school shirt.  The awesome design was again created by our very own Clayton students who entered the design contest last year.  And this year, the shirt is RED!
  • Spiritwear is sold only the first few weeks of school on designated day. Be sure to get your shirt(s) before they're gone!
  • Due to popular demand, navy, long-sleeve Clayton hoodies will be available for order again.  These are high quality hoodies, and you can get a custom monogram with your child's name for an additional cost.

• School Supplies - At the end of the year, you can pre-order and pre-pay for school supplies for the next year. Pick-up event is the week before the first day of school. This is the most convenient way to get your supplies that teachers require - no running around to multiple stores! Questions about supplies?  Please contact Becky Garcia at sunchook@yahoo.com.
  
  
• School Directory - This is school-wide student and staff directory. It's an invaluable resource as well as a keepsake. A coodinator (or 2) is needed for 08-09. Please contact volunteers@claytoncardinals.org asap if you are interested in this project.
  
  
• PTA Book Exchange - Our first ever Book Exchange in 07-08 was a huge success. Donations of children's preschool, picture and chapter books were collected in exchange for a certificate to receive the same number of books back (any type). It's a free event and will be back due to popular demand.
  
• Sidewalk Pavers - The school needed and requested an additional paver pathway to help with traffic flow in the front of the school. Custom pavers were sold at a price to pay for the pavers and the installation of the pathway. Because the traffic issues were addressed, 07-08 was the last time we will sell pavers.
