Some projects are provided through the PTA for the convenience of our families or as a service for the school. They are break-even ventures, not fundraisers (with no expectation of profit).

They include:

• If you did not get a chance to purchase a Clayton t-shirt or hoodie, here is your last opportunity.  We will have our final sale on all Back to School Nights. Thursday, September 2nd, will be our only “Tax-Free” night.  A regular sales tax of 8.25% will be added to any purchases on the nights of September 7th and 9th. • T-shirts are $10.00 (all sizes)
• Hoodies are $20.00 (youth) & $24.00 (adult). There is an extra charge if you'd like to add a name or two.
• The t-shirt is designed again by our own talented Clayton Cardinals, and the hoodies have a cardinal logo.
• Come and get your t-shirt while we have plenty in stock!
• Hoodies are sold on a pre-order basis and will delivered to your child through classrooms after produced.

• PTA Book Exchange - This year's book exchange was in January 2010. It is a wonderful, free event that our families have enjoyed the last 3 years. Question? Nina Fierro nfierro@austin.rr.com, 630-3728.
  
  
• School Directory - School Directory needs Coordinators for 2010-2011 year - one for layout/design and another for advertising. Please contact volunteers@claytoncardinals.org ASAP if you are interested in helping!
  
  The school-wide student and staff directory is usually distributed in late September/early October. The cost of the directory, which the PTA provides at no cost to our families, is paid through the support of our wonderful community businesses in the advertising section of the directory. Directories are delivered to the oldest sibling, one free copy per household, at the end of September. Additional copies can be purchased in the office for $1. School Supplies - If you preordered/prepaid for school supplies from the PTA last spring, the pick-up event was August 17th. If you did not order supplies through the PTA and need to purchase your own, please click for the School Supply Lists (all grades) for Clayton. School Supply contact is Jessica Todd.

• Sidewalk Pavers - The school needed and requested an additional paver pathway to help with traffic flow in the front of the school. Custom pavers were sold at a price to pay for the pavers and the installation of the pathway. Because the traffic issues were addressed, 07-08 was the last time we will sell pavers.
